      RESPONSIBILITIES: • Administrative: o Electronic & manual Filing o Typing documents o Annual renewal of all licenses. o Special projects coordination o Schedule meetings o Sorting / Routing mail o Creating, maintaining and updating databases o Client Service (send out /accept & screen applications/ work directly with Case manager). • Finance: o Basic book keeping tasks o Liaise with accountant • Manage Daily operations: o Answering phone calls, o Respond to email inquiries • Research: o Collaboration/partnerships with other agencies, organizations and businesses. • Coordinate volunteers • Assist with grant application and reporting processes • Marketing: DESIRED SKILLS: • Good verbal and written communication skills • Computer: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Google Docs, Photoshop, Internet, E-mail • Project Management skills and tools

      RESPONSIBILITIES: Generally this position is responsible for: • Managing all aspects of Anchor of Hope (AOH) website and social media sites including but not limited to: blog posts, guest articles, images, reviews, videos and WebPages. • Assist with creating new content for the website or auditing existing content to identify areas of improvement. • Help with search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to promote the website's presence and increase web traffic. • Common duties include: o Aligning the website with the organization's brand, strategy and standards o Auditing content and remove duplicate information o Assisting with social media campaigns and other marketing efforts o Conducting tests to ensure website efficiency and quality o Creating strategies to improve website traffic o Developing website content to support organizational goals and strategies o Ensuring the website complies with the appropriate laws and regulations o Evaluating competitors' websites o Following industry best practices o Identifying ways to improve website user experience o Implementing security measures to protect AOH website and other online assets o Keeping the website's domain and hosting registration current o Managing pay-per-click and search engine optimization campaigns o Monitoring for website security breaches and respond to them as needed o Planning, creating, implementing, managing, monitoring and updating websites for AOH o Producing sitemaps that represent and visualize the website's structure and functions o Reply to, troubleshoot and resolve website issues o Update website coding DESIRED SKILLS: 
 Excellent knowledge of various aspects of technology and computers. Experience with:o Content management systems (CMS) o Copyright regulations o CSS o Firewalls o HTML o Intrusion detection systems (IDS) o Intrusion prevention systems (IPS) o JavaScript o PPC campaigns o SEO o Security audits o User experience (UX) o Web-based proxy o Website accessibility standards o Productivity & Communication/Collaboration Software: Microsoft Office, Google docs, Photoshop, Internet, E-mail o Social Media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc)
